In an email received earlier from Ivy's Mum is this:

I haven't heard back yet about Skype times for this weekend, if I don't hear from you Ivy will call you at 8am our time (8pm yours). Please do let me know if you can't talk then, to avoid disappointment.

Last weekend I told Ivy that our next Skype would be on Sunday evening her time. If I was in anyway respected by my daughter's mother, neither I or Ivy would have to face these situations. Thanks to the legal position, I'm just going to have to learn to live with abuse.
